Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the UK only, with free shipping on all orders.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday) for it to be processed and prepared for dispatch. Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

Delivery Times

As many of our pieces are sourced and shipped directly from our overseas suppliers, please allow 7–14 business days (Monday to Friday) for delivery from the date your order is dispatched, in addition to processing time. In total, please allow up to 8–17 business days (Monday to Friday) from order date to delivery. Please note orders cut off at 5:00 PM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day, which may add an extra day to the delivery time.

Occasionally, delivery may take longer than expected due to customs checks, courier delays, or high demand periods (such as sales or holiday seasons). We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated if we anticipate any significant delay to your order.

We currently offer one standard shipping speed and do not offer expedited or express delivery at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that tracking updates may take a few days to appear once your parcel begins its journey.

Delays and Lost Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the time frame stated above, please contact our customer service team and we will look into it on your behalf. We ask that you wait until the full delivery window has passed before reaching out, as most parcels arrive within this time.

Multiple Items

If your order contains more than one item, they may be shipped separately and could arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
